Fees are discussed prior to the initial appointment. In cases of financial need, a modest sliding scale rate may be an option.

 

Kathryn uses Headway, a platform that takes away the complications of dealing with copayment billing papers, scheduling, etc, to provide in-network rates to New Yorkers and Florida residents. In New York she is paneled with Cigna and Quest Behavioral Health. In Florida she is paneled with Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, and Aetna.

Documentation needed for out-of-network insurance reimbursement is provided to all patients wishing to use their benefits.
